LightUP is a health and wellness app designed to help users track and improve their light exposure. It connects with the ActLumus light logger to monitor light levels and provide personalized feedback. Users can track daily and weekly light exposure, set goals, receive reminders, log a daily diary, access educational content, and earn badge rewards. Please note: This app is currently available exclusively for participants enrolled in the LightSPAN project conducted by TUMCREATE Limited.
