My Heart Rate Workout

About this app

Transform your fitness routine with My Heart Rate Workout—the intelligent companion that keeps every mile, lap, and ride in the sweet spot. Using proven guidelines from the American Heart Association and Cleveland Clinic, the app builds personalized heart rate zones based on your age and biological sex, so you always know exactly how hard to push. Sync your zones straight to Apple Watch and get instant feedback as you move. A clean, glanceable display shows your current zone with visual progress bars, while optional audio cues let you stay locked in without obsessively checking your wrist. Whether you're building endurance, dialing in speed, or managing recovery, your training intensity stays perfectly aligned with your goals. What you’ll love: Personalized Zones: Automatically calculated using trusted medical guidelines. Apple Watch Integration: Real-time zone monitoring right on your wrist. Audio + Visual Guidance: Stay in the zone without breaking your stride. Multi-Sport Support: Running, cycling, swimming, and more—track what you love. Auto Zone Detection: See exactly when you shift between training intensities. Comprehensive Metrics: Distance, calories, elapsed time—log it all with ease. Fast Setup, Easy Adjustments: Customize zones anytime to match your evolving fitness. Take the guesswork out of heart rate training and make every workout count—safely, effectively, and intelligently. Health Note: Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. My Heart Rate Workout is a training tool and not a medical device.
