Fixed: the menu bar icon could get stuck hidden if removed via macOS's "Customize Menu Bar…" — it now always reappears. Fixed: entering an amount like "1.00" in the calculator could be misread as 100 in comma-decimal locales like Russia — decimal parsing is now accurate everywhere.
