About this app
Myopia Log lets you capture axial length (AL) from printed or on-screen results using the camera, save the values, and track myopia progression with clear trend graphs. You can use it at home, and if connected with a participating clinic share and view records across multiple devices inside the clinic. Features - Quick recording via automatic AL scan - Browse and search history per patient/child - Visual trend graphs to support myopia management - Optional clinic link: automatic sync across multiple iOS devices (Sign in with Google or Apple) - Dark Mode for low-light exam rooms - Data protection with encryption (at rest and in transit) Notes - This app does not measure or diagnose. It stores and displays values that have already been measured. - Medical decisions, including diagnosis and treatment, must always be made by a qualified physician based on professional evaluation. - Some Facility account features (in-clinic multi-device sharing and viewing) require a subscription. This applies when you select the Clinic account type. Please see the in-app display for pricing and subscription period.
