In addition to your daily activities, it also provides insight into your sleep, workout (steps, distance, calories) and other data. The app then plots all the data into beautiful statistical charts for your convenience. When connected to different health devices, JCVital has a variety of useful functions, including - Sleep Monitor Detailed record of daily sleep status, including deep sleep, light sleep, and more. - Activity Tracking 24-hour tracking of your steps, distance, calories burned, activity time and daily goals achieved. If you are using an Apple phone, in order to calculate the training consumption, we will receive and send your sports data from Apple's HealthKit with your authorization.
