IdenticalCheck is a small menu bar app for macOS that tells you if two files are exactly the same. Drag files onto the menu bar icon and get a clear answer in a moment. The app calculates SHA256 checksums for each file and compares them, so you know the result is accurate. You can drop two files at once, or drop one file and then the second later.
