About this app
Meditation Stillness is a calm, focused Meditation timer for people who just want to sit and breathe — no social feed, no course library, no leaderboards. Just your practice, and a tool that quietly supports it. No account is required and no data is collected. Your sessions, streaks, and progress live on your device — or in your own iCloud account. If you decide not to upgrade, the basic version has everything you need to continue your practice. Set your session length — from 1 minute to several hours — and let it run. Interval bells help you stay present without watching the clock. The app handles the rest. Choose from a variety of ambient sounds, bell sounds, and interval bell sounds to help you with your meditation. The app tracks your sessions, streaks, and milestones. If you choose, you can set up reminders that gently nudge you to meditate. Achievements mark meaningful moments in your practice without demanding perfection. There is no competitive meditation here. Your free 15-day trial gives you full access to everything — the complete sound library, custom quick-start durations, iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad, detailed stats and calendar history, and the ability to export and import your full meditation history. After the trial, Basic mode stays free for as long as you want it. You keep the timer, your stats, your streaks, and your achievements. Basic mode includes two ambient sounds, two bell sounds, and two interval sounds — enough to build a real practice without spending a thing. When you're ready to go further, a single one-time payment unlocks everything permanently — no subscription, no recurring charges, ever. Meditation apps have a habit of growing louder over time. What starts as a quiet timer slowly becomes something you have to dig through just to find the meditation button. Initially, we built Meditation Stillness for ourselves — an app that made it easy to just start meditating. Our philosophy is to keep it simple. Meditation Stillness will grow — but our philosophy of keeping it simple will be our primary goal. Every feature we add will earn its place and won't add extra clutter. And if a new feature creates noise, we won't ship it. Try everything free for 15 days. After that, Basic mode is yours to keep — no charge, no pressure. Upgrade when it feels right.
