About this app
Most productivity apps assume you have unlimited energy. You don't — and that's okay. SpoonDo is an energy-aware task planner built on Spoon Theory for people navigating chronic illness, ME/CFS, Long COVID, fibromyalgia, or ADHD burnout. SPOON-BASED PLANNING Assign a spoon cost (0.5–5) to every task. See your daily budget at a glance with planned vs. used energy — stop before you crash, not after. WEEKLY PLAN VIEW Schedule tasks across your week and move them between days to balance high and low days. No rigid schedules, no guilt. PACING TIMER & FOCUS MODE Work/rest intervals help you pace sustainably. Focus Mode shows one task at a time to reduce cognitive load. LOW-FRICTION BY DESIGN Calming interface. Optional gentle reminders — never aggressive. A "bad day" button to lower today's budget when you need it. RECURRING TASKS Set repeating routines that don't punish you for missing a day. PRIVATE PLANNING, TRANSPARENT SERVICES Your tasks and energy plans stay on your device, and you can export a backup anytime. SpoonDo uses analytics to improve the app and may show clearly labeled sponsor cards when enabled in Settings; SpoonDo never uses your task or energy data to select those cards. See the Privacy Policy for details. Track your capacity. Navigate your days with compassion.
