About this app

The Kalix Client App helps clients stay connected with their healthcare providers who use Kalix as their electronic medical record (EMR). Use the app to: - View upcoming and past appointments - Confirm, reschedule & cancel appointments (if enabled by your provider) - Complete intake forms, agreements, and questionnaires - View documents, goal summaries, and handouts shared by your provider - View invoices and receipts (if enabled by your provider) Who is This App For? Kalix Client App is designed for clients/patients of private practices that use Kalix. If your clinic hasn't invited you or enabled client access, you may not be able to sign in. Passkeys (required for account creation) This app uses passkeys for secure, passwordless sign-in. To create an account, you’ll enter an invite code from your healthcare provider/clinic and then create a passkey using your device’s security (Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN). You can add, rename, or remove passkeys in the app’s settings. Invite code required You’ll need an invite code from your healthcare provider/clinic to create an account. If you don’t have an invite code or your code doesn’t work, contact your provider. Account and data deletion This app connects you to your healthcare provider’s Kalix account. If you would like your data deleted, please contact your healthcare provider/clinic, who can submit the deletion request to Kalix on your behalf. Depending on provider policy and legal requirements, some records (such as appointments, forms, documents, invoices/receipts, or billing history) may be retained by your provider. Learn more about passkeys and deletion requests here: https://help.kalixhealth.com/en/articles/13625521-kalix-client-app
