TourSync is a tour scheduling platform designed for docents at museums and cultural institutions. It provides docents with a simple, reliable way to plan and manage guided tours, right when the group arrives. TourSync was designed to address three challenges docents have when giving tours: 1. Support for new docents juggling content, timing, and knowing where they should be next 2. Consistency of tour content delivery 3. Tour congestion in the galleries 4. Managing multiple tours at once. Instead of working from paper notes or mental math, docents enter the tour end time and TourSync automatically builds a complete, balanced schedule for every stop. Cue Cards - Docents access curated talking points for each stop to support consistent, engaging tours.
