In the current version, editing a customer’s table information—such as their name, phone number, party size, purchases, or notes—can incorrectly reset the table’s original entry time to the time of the edit. The entry time is essential operational data. Store employees use it to determine how long customers have been seated and to communicate accurate table status during shift changes. Incorrect entry times may therefore cause confusion in daily operations and reduce the reliability of table records. We identified the issue in the logic that distinguishes a customer’s initial table registration from subsequent information updates. This update fixes the problem so that: - A new entry time is recorded only during the initial table registration. - The original entry time is preserved when existing customer information is edited. - Existing entry times are retained when historical customer information is restored. This update does not introduce a new feature. It is a focused bug fix intended to restore the accuracy of production data. Because the app is actively used by real stores, delaying this update may result in additional incorrect entry-time records and continued operational disruption.
