About this app
A 20-second learning game that helps kids recognize numbers at a glance through play. QuickCount is designed for children ages 2 to 5 to build subitizing, the ability to recognize quantity instantly. Dots appear for only a moment, and kids answer how many they saw. Instead of counting one by one, they build the skill of seeing quantity at a glance. Dots do not always appear in a simple line. Sometimes they appear in groups, such as 2 and 3. Learning to see numbers in groups helps children develop ways of thinking like "3 and 2 make 5" and supports the foundations of addition. The controls are simple. There are no complicated instructions, and kids can start playing right away with a tap. The experience is designed to feel intuitive even for young children playing on their own. Each round lasts just 20 seconds, so it fits easily into busy days. The quick pace keeps the game light, focused, and easy to play again. There are three difficulty levels: - Level 1 (1 to 3) - Level 2 (1 to 5) - Level 3 (3 to 9) Kids can move up step by step at a comfortable pace as their skills grow. After each round, the app shows how many answers were correct. There is also a simple parent view where families can check total questions, total correct answers, and day-by-day changes to follow progress over time. There are no ads. It is a one-time purchase, so families can use it with peace of mind. Take a simple first step toward stronger number sense in just a little time each day.
