What’s New
• New color styles for habit and routine names — with optional animation. Part of [Pro], but free users can preview them. You'll find them under “habit color” when you add or edit a habit or routine. • A new style of onboarding. • Deleted now means deleted — fixed a whole family of sync bugs where a habit or check-in you removed could quietly come back once another device came online. • Fixed a bug where signing into your account on a fresh install could fill your history with empty duplicate days. • Restoring a backup into a different account now actually works — before, it would look restored but never sync. • Fixed a bug where a freshly restored backup could be partially undone seconds later by the app's own sync. • Backups now keep exact edit timestamps, so restoring can no longer lose your most recent edits. • Achievements now sync properly between iPhone and web — each award exists exactly once, web-earned achievements show up on the phone, and old duplicates have been cleaned up. • Your streaks and XP are now maintained by one device at a time, so totals can't ping-pong between iPhone and web. • Per-habit streak flames now show the same number on every device. • Fixed a rare bug where a day you completed could be recorded as missed after syncing at the wrong moment, breaking a streak that shouldn't break. • Fixed a bug where editing a check-in's time could be reverted by the next sync. • Fixed a bug where opening the app just after midnight could show a past day with everything at zero and drop your streak to nothing. Your data was never lost — the app just couldn't see it — and force-quitting was the only way to get it back. • “Sync health data” now actually updates the past days it pulls in. Before, it could fetch the data and still leave those days' scores and your streak untouched. • Frozen habits no longer rewrite your history. If your subscription lapses, the days you paid for keep counting every habit you had, and days where a habit was frozen don't count against your streak or shields — you couldn't complete them, so they shouldn't count. Re-subscribing doesn't retroactively change those days either, and if you go back and fill one in, that habit counts for that day again. • The app now remembers whether you had [Pro] the last time it ran, so it no longer briefly treats you as a free user while it double-checks with the App Store. • Fixed the “reboot” achievement being awarded inconsistently depending on how you earned it. • Fixed changing the app icon several times quickly sometimes landing on the wrong icon. • Dates now follow your app language everywhere, so the iPhone and the web show them the same way. • Icon search understands even more words — fibre, wheelchair pushes and friends now find their icons. • Fixed a bug where habits synced from Apple Health could wrongly shorten your streak in the web app. • Fixed a bug where the app icon would not change reliably if you switched a lot of themes at the same time. • Addressed small translation and visual issues.
