A quiet, structured way to document your symptoms and walk into your next appointment with real data instead of a half-remembered list. What’s New
A quicker way to log Rate what hurts, then one tap fills the row's remaining symptoms with None. On an empty row, one tap logs the whole check-in at once. Real entries — an explicit None is evidence your record can stand on — and nothing you rated is ever touched. Also in 1.9: a small row menu next to each unfinished row's time (the same one-tap fill, plus a more discoverable Delete row), and a brief Undo after every fill.
Audience growth
Ratings growth
Baseline captured. Growth appears after the crawler observes a changed rating count.
Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
