About this app
Rated capacity at your operating radius, from the manufacturer's own main-boom load chart — for riggers, operators, and lift directors who need a quick check on the iron. WHAT IT DOES Pick your crane and boom length, enter load, rigging weight, and radius. The app reads the manufacturer's chart row at or above your radius (never interpolated), compares total rigged load against it, and flags the lift: under 75%, 75–90%, 90–100%, or over capacity. A radius beyond the chart is refused, not guessed. CRANE MODELS INCLUDED Rough terrain - Grove RT540E (40 t, 32–102 ft) - Grove RT770E (70 t, 36–138 ft) - Grove GRT880 (80 t, 41–135 ft) - Grove RT890E (90 t, 37–142 ft) - Grove GRT8100 (100 t, 39–154 ft) - Link-Belt RTC-8080 Series II (80 t, 41–127 ft) - Tadano GR-800XL-4 (80 t, 39–154 ft) - Tadano GR-1000XL-4 (100 t, 39–154 ft) All terrain - Link-Belt ATC-3210 (210 t, 44–200 ft) Every chart is transcribed from the manufacturer's published product guide for main boom, fully extended outriggers, 360° rotation, and the counterweight named on that chart. Charts that list several telescope modes for one boom length keep the manufacturer's columns; match the LMI code shown in the cab. Each chart cites its source document, page, and retrieval date inside the app. INPUTS - Crane model and boom length / telescope mode - Load weight (lb) - Rigging weight (lb) - Operating radius (ft) RETURNS - Rated capacity at the chart radius (lb) - Total rigged load (lb and tons) - Load as a percentage of rated capacity, color-coded - Full chart for the selected boom length, with the row in use highlighted BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Works offline. No login, no account, no telemetry. - One-time purchase. Lifetime access on iPhone and iPad via Family Sharing. - Missing your crane? Request it from inside the app. REFERENCE ONLY This app is a lookup aid. The manufacturer's load chart in the cab governs, and 29 CFR 1926.1417(o) requires it to be available on the crane. It does not account for boom or jib deductions, out-of-level, wind, dynamic loading, or ground bearing. The lift director's sign-off is not replaced by anything on a phone. Not affiliated with any crane manufacturer. Model names identify which published chart is being displayed.

What’s New
Nine real crane models with the manufacturer's main-boom load charts: Grove RT540E, RT770E, GRT880, RT890E, GRT8100; Tadano GR-800XL-4, GR-1000XL-4; Link-Belt RTC-8080 II, ATC-3210. The five generic charts are gone. Lookups now use the chart row at or above your radius — never interpolated — and a radius beyond the chart is refused instead of guessed. Boom length and telescope mode are selectable per the manufacturer's columns. Every chart shows its source and page. Missing your crane? Request it from the app.
