About this app

Billora is the freelance business OS built for iPhone and iPad. Track every billable hour, create professional invoices from your time entries in seconds, and see exactly which clients are making you money — all stored privately in your own iCloud account. No backend server. No account to create. No one else touching your financial data. TIME TRACKING THAT STAYS WITH YOU Start a timer from Dynamic Island, your Lock Screen, or with a tap inside the app. Billora suggests timers based on your calendar and recent work. When you forget to stop, idle detection catches it. Round entries to the nearest 6, 15, or 30 minutes so your timesheets are always clean. PROFESSIONAL INVOICES IN SECONDS Select billable time entries, pick a template — Clean, Classic, or Bold — and Billora generates a polished PDF invoice. Add Stripe or PayPal payment links so clients can pay instantly. Set up recurring invoices for retainer clients and never chase a monthly bill again. ESTIMATES & PROPOSALS Create quotes before work begins. When the client approves, convert the estimate to an invoice with one tap. PROFITABILITY DASHBOARD See your effective hourly rate per client, not just what you charge. Billora calculates real profitability by factoring in revision time, scope creep, and unbilled hours. Clients are ranked by a composite health score built from payment speed, revision rate, and billing discipline. REVENUE FORECAST A pipeline view showing draft invoices, sent invoices, and projected earnings from active timers — so you always know what's coming in. EXPENSE & MILEAGE TRACKING Log expenses by category, scan receipts with your camera, and track business mileage. Billora detects when you drive to a client site and offers to log the trip automatically. REPORTS & TAX PREP Generate weekly timesheets, client summaries, and date-range breakdowns. Save report templates so your quarterly tax report is one tap away. The built-in tax estimator calculates quarterly estimates from your real earnings — entirely on-device. FOCUS MODE & POMODORO Go full-screen with ambient sound and Do Not Disturb for deep work sessions. The Pomodoro timer keeps you in rhythm with structured work and break intervals. WIDGETS & SIRI SHORTCUTS Track time from your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or StandBy. Ask Siri to start a timer or check your earnings by voice. BUILT FOR PRIVACY Everything syncs through your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. Your clients, invoices, time entries, and financial data never touch a third-party server. Period.
