Zenon Go is a multi-role marketplace platform that enables users to buy and sell physical goods from local stores, with delivery fulfilled by independent riders. The app supports three types of users: • Customers: Can browse products without logging in. Login is only required for account-based actions such as adding items to cart, placing orders, and tracking deliveries. • Vendors: Can log in to manage their store, list physical products, and fulfill customer orders placed within the platform. • Riders: Can log in to accept and complete delivery requests for orders placed by customers. All transactions in the app relate strictly to physical goods and real-world delivery services. Payments are processed for order fulfillment and logistics, not for unlocking digital content or features within the app. The app is fully functional without requiring location services. Location is only used to improve delivery accuracy and is optional. There are no digital purchases, subscriptions, or in-app content unlocking mechanisms.
