What’s New
Workout history now records what you actually did. Tap any day in the Stats grid to see the real session behind it: which lifts, the weight on each set, the reps you hit versus the reps prescribed, and your total volume for the day. Tap through for a full set-by-set breakdown. Before this update, changing a program or training max quietly rewrote your past workouts, because only rep counts were saved. Every session is now stored with the weights and set scheme you actually trained, so your history stays put when your programming changes. Removing an exercise no longer deletes its history either. Sessions logged before this update are reconstructed from your current settings and marked "est." — accurate for lifts you haven't reprogrammed, a best guess for ones you have. Also in this release: - Fixed a freeze when opening the stats detail drawer - Tightened spacing and layout across the Stats and Workout screens
