About this app

Badger Solar Racing brings live telemetry from Sunburst, our solar car to your iPhone or iPad — a dashboard for chase-car crews, pit-side engineers, team members, and anyone following BSR’s solar racing program. Built by the University of Wisconsin–Madison Badger Solar Racing team, the app connects to the car’s telemetry stream and shows speed, battery state of charge, solar power, motor temperatures, fault flags, GPS position, and hundreds of engineering signals organized by subsystem. Push notifications are here! You can customize them in the settings menu. Race Strategy features have been added, including live model inference and daily reports. They are Accessible under Systems/Strategy. Added LTE Signal Strength on Communication System page.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
