About this app
Statement Bureau turns eligible Wallet financial transactions into clean CSV files for your favorite budgeting tool, spreadsheet, or personal archive. On-device. Permission-based. Built for people who already have enough admin. EXPORTS THAT MATCH YOUR TOOLS • Generic CSV for any aggregator that accepts the format. • Monarch-style CSV ready to drop into Monarch's import folder. • YNAB-style CSV mapped to YNAB's expected columns. • Customizable filename templates so files sort the way you want. CHOOSE WHAT GETS EXPORTED • Pick the eligible Wallet card accounts you care about. • Pick a start and end date for the export. Free exports cover up to 3 months of activity at a time; Bureau Chief removes the limit. • Preview transactions and totals before you commit. ON-DEVICE BY DESIGN • Statement Bureau uses Apple's FinanceKit framework with your permission. • Transactions are processed on your device. • No developer-operated server. No advertising SDKs. No analytics SDKs. • Generated CSVs are saved to the location you choose, including iCloud Drive. OPTIONAL: BECOME BUREAU CHIEF A one-time in-app purchase unlocks: • An unlimited manual export date range (free exports cover up to 3 months). • Automatic background exports — a rolling CSV that refreshes itself in your chosen folder. • Lookback window from 7 to 365 days. • Optional notification on each successful export. • Family-shareable. No subscription. No recurring fee. WHO IT'S FOR • Monarch, Copilot, Tiller, YNAB, and Lunch Money users who want a tidy import path for Wallet activity. • Spreadsheet users who'd rather build their own dashboard. • Anyone who wants a personal archive of Wallet transaction history. REQUIREMENTS • iOS 17.4 or later for FinanceKit access. • An Apple Account with eligible Wallet financial data. PRIVACY Statement Bureau accesses Wallet financial data only with your permission and only to generate the CSVs you ask for. Nothing is sold, shared, or sent to a developer-operated server. Read the policy at bureau.middleout.dev/privacy. Statement Bureau is independent and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, Apple Wallet, Apple Card, iCloud, and FinanceKit are trademarks of Apple Inc.

What’s New
Transaction IDs, and an account name that sticks. • Add a Transaction ID column to any custom template. Every row carries the same stable identifier Statement Bureau already uses to keep your exports de-duplicated, so a tool reading your CSV can tell a genuinely new transaction from one that simply changed as it moved from pending to posted. Find it under Settings → Export Templates. • The account name you set in Settings is now saved between launches, and scheduled exports use it instead of writing "Wallet Card".
