Menierly is a self-management toolkit for people living with Menieres disease. It helps you track symptoms, share meaningful data with your care team, and calculate sodium per serving and against your daily target. Completely private and fully offline, no account required. SYMPTOM TRACKING Log daily symptoms including stress, sleep, caffeine, ear fullness, tinnitus, hearing changes, dizziness, nausea, and balance. Record notable foods, stressors, and medications using smart presets that learn from your previous entries. Add notes for anything else worth capturing. ATTACK LOGGING Log individual attacks with detail: date, time, duration, severity, affected ear, drop attacks, nausea, tinnitus, triggers, and medications taken. Keeping track matters because Ménière's is a moving target. Triggers shift, patterns change, and what's true today may not be true next year. Having a detailed record helps you and your care team understand it as it changes. INSIGHTS View a summary of your attack history including frequency, attack-free streaks, common triggers, and how attacks have affected your ability to function. REPORTS FOR YOUR CARE PROVIDERS Generate a PDF covering any date range. Choose to include an insights summary, attack log, and daily entry table. Available as part of the one-time unlock. SODIUM CALCULATOR Managing sodium is one of the few things people with Ménière's disease can actively control. Enter the sodium from any food label - whether it shows mg per 100g or mg per serving - and Menierly calculates the sodium in that serving and what percentage of your daily target it represents. Useful for making informed choices before you eat. Set your own daily target based on your healthcare provider's guidance. PRIVACY Completely private and fully offline. No account required.
