About this app
BystroBarista is a marketplace for staffing in the coffee industry across Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Baristas find shifts and permanent positions near home; coffee shops find motivated candidates without recruiters or commissions. FOR BARISTAS • Job feed filtered by metro station and distance • Permanent positions and one-off shifts — switch the filter to match your need • Detailed profile: experience, skills, equipment (espresso machine, V60, AeroPress, Chemex), portfolio, and your desired hourly rate • Direct chat with the coffee shop after you apply • Shift history and reliability rating — your reputation travels with you • Shift confirmation and dispute resolution via our moderation team • Completely free: no subscriptions, no per-application fees FOR COFFEE SHOPS AND CHAINS • Create a vacancy in a couple of minutes — permanent or temporary • See candidate profiles with experience, skills, and preferred metro station • Accept, reject, or invite candidates; chat directly inside the app • Manage multiple locations from a single account • Candidate reliability rating from past shifts — fewer "didn't show up" moments • Vacancy posting is free MODERATION AND SAFETY • A "Report" button on every profile and vacancy — reports are reviewed by moderators within 24 hours • Block any user in chat • Delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account • Data is transmitted over a secure channel (TLS); personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Russian data-protection law • Sign in with Apple, Google, or Yandex ID ACCOUNTABILITY ON BOTH SIDES • If someone doesn't show up for a shift, the venue logs it and a moderator follows up • Repeated violations temporarily limit the ability to apply or hire • Transparent reviews on both sides: baristas rate venues, venues rate baristas SUPPORT For questions, bug reports, and suggestions — bystrobarista@gmail.com LIMITATIONS The metro-based search is currently available in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Sign-in works from any city, but the geolocation filter is limited to these two for now.

What’s New
First-run tutorial Short tips right on top of the screens walk you through the basics: filling in your profile, finding a job and applying, or, for venues, adding a location, posting a job and inviting a barista. Skip any step, or replay the tutorial from Settings. Permanent hires Permanent jobs now have their own flow: the venue accepts a candidate and decides whether to close the job, the barista confirms their start, and all staff live in a dedicated section. Invitations After tapping "Interested" you immediately see that your reply was sent. The chat opens once the venue writes to you. What's new After an update the app shows once what has changed. Plus small fixes to translations and the interface.
