Use it as a lightweight desktop pin board for quick reminders, call notes, release checklists, invoice follow-ups, and small ideas that should stay close without opening a larger notes system. Add a note, choose a color, pin important items, mark finished notes done, and copy a focus handoff or board summary when you need to share the context.
