What’s New
We're excited to introduce a new update packed with features and improvements designed to make managing reservations faster, easier, and more efficient: - Drag & Drop Floorplan: Assign reservations faster by dragging them directly onto tables or moving them between tables on the floorplan. Available on iPad, with table-to-table dragging supported on iPhone. - Simplified Walk-ins: Create walk-ins from a single screen by selecting the guest, party size, table, and confirming the reservation with fewer steps. - Coverflow Timeslot Management: View and manage internal and online timeslots directly from Coverflow. Authorized users can edit capacity, block timeslots, and configure static capacity. - Cancel Seated Reservations: Cancel seated and partially seated reservations with a single tap. Covers and reservation statuses are updated automatically. - Mandatory Reservation Source: When enabled by your administrator, selecting a reservation source is now required before creating a booking or walk-in to ensure accurate reporting. - Formatted Waiter Tickets: Guest notes and reservation notes now retain their original formatting, including line breaks and paragraph spacing, when printed. - Improvements: General bug fixes, crash fixes, and performance enhancements for a smoother and more reliable experience.
