About this app
PainLog is a daily pain journal for anyone managing chronic or acute pain. Record intensity on a 1-10 scale, pick a body area from a comprehensive list, select descriptors such as sharp, throbbing, or burning, note duration in minutes, and add free-text observations. A line chart shows intensity trends over time and a calendar heatmap reveals patterns at a glance. Logs are stored locally and can be exported to share with your doctor.
