Try the phrase again, hear your attempt beside the reference voice, and build a practice plan around the sounds that need attention. Scoring runs on your iPhone: no account, no voice upload, and no connection required. TUNED TO YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE Choose your first language and Lingo prioritizes English sounds that often need extra practice for speakers of that language. Ten language tracks cover Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, French, and Russian. The goal is clearer speech, never erasing who you are. If on-device speech recognition is unavailable for a device or locale, Lingo says so and keeps the acoustic score local instead of using a server. An introductory free trial is not offered in every region: where the App Store offers one for your region and Apple Account, Lingo shows its exact length beside the purchase button and the App Store shows it again before you confirm. The paywall now reads its free-trial offer from the App Store for your own region instead of assuming one, so Lingo mentions a trial only where Apple will actually give you one, and states the exact length Apple will honour. The trial-ending reminder is now scheduled only when a trial really started, and a purchase that needs a Family Organizer's approval says so on screen instead of leaving it silent.
