About this app
Capi helps you discover how your daily habits and health events relate to your sleep. Track the factors you want to test, import sleep data from Apple Health, and review clear statistical insights built from your own history. Log the details that matter to you - Track routines, workouts, caffeine, alcohol, supplements, screen time, stress, travel, naps, and other daily factors. - Create custom event types as yes/no, numeric, or low/medium/high entries. - Edit past logs and archive factors you no longer want to track while keeping historical data intact. Use your Apple Health sleep data - Import sleep, activity, workout, mindful minutes, and medication records with your permission. - Choose a preferred sleep source when multiple devices or apps write sleep data. - Review nightly sleep summaries including total sleep, awake time, REM sleep, deep sleep, and a single-night Sleep Quality Score. Find patterns with statistics - See which factors are associated with changes in total sleep, deep sleep, REM sleep, awake time, or sleep quality. - Compare impact estimates, confidence levels, sample size, and charts for each result. - Learn how to interpret correlation, reliability, and limitations directly inside each insight. Private by design Capi runs on your device and is built for personal experimentation. Your logged events and Health data are processed locally, and Health data is not sent to a server for analysis. The optional iCloud backup stores only the events you log yourself in your personal iCloud — never your Health data. Unlimited Access unlocks unlimited custom event types, custom analysis date ranges, and data export for deeper personal review. It also includes iCloud backup, so your logged events survive reinstalling the app or moving to a new device. Capi is for wellness and self-experimentation only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
