yar: your friends live here

About this app

yar is a tiny shared wall that lives on your home screen. One square. One circle of friends. Everybody draws on the same canvas — and the second someone posts, it shows up on everyone else's widget. No feed to scroll. No followers to chase. Just the handful of people you actually care about, sharing the little stuff all day long. Here's how it feels: Draw together. Sketch a doodle, scribble an inside joke, or leave a sticky note. Your friends see it on their home screen within seconds. Drop a photo. Snap something from your day and it lands on the square — cropped to fit, framed like a polaroid on the wall. It lives where you look. Home screen, lock screen, even your Apple Watch. Glance down a hundred times a day and there's something new from your people. Private or public—you choose. Keep a room invite-only for close friends, or make it public when you want people to discover and join. No algorithm deciding what you see. The latest post is always what's on the wall. Made for: • besties who want a private little corner that isn't a group chat • couples who like leaving each other notes • families staying close across the miles • any small circle that wants to feel near without the noise yar is the opposite of a social network. It's small on purpose. Your closest people, and a square that's always theirs. Privacy: https://yar.is/privacy · Terms: https://yar.is/terms

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
