About this app
Stop hunting for the text you paste all the time. TapCopy is a menu bar app that keeps your “paste-ready” text—addresses, email templates, greetings, canned replies, frequently used hashtags—one quick action away. Built on a simple idea: notes aren’t for reading, they’re for pasting. So TapCopy makes the path from “saved” to “copied” as short as possible. ■ One click from the menu bar Open the icon in the top-right corner and click the snippet you want. A green check means it’s copied—no need to switch away from the app you’re working in. ■ ⌥J → a number, copy instantly anywhere Whatever app you’re in, a hotkey (⌥J by default) opens a small palette. Press 1–9 to copy that snippet right away. You can change the hotkey to anything you like. ■ Organize your way Keep a title (the label in the list) separate from the content. Drag to reorder, delete in a tap. The title is just a label—only the content is copied. ■ At home on your Mac A warm, hand-drawn look, full Dark Mode support, 36 languages, and a built-in illustrated guide. ■ Private by design No network connection at all. No account. Your snippets stay only on this Mac. Replace the daily “open notes, search, select, copy” with a single instant action. Free to download.
