About this app

How well do you actually know each other? Twosome is the couples quiz you can play even when you're apart. One of you answers a question honestly. The other gets graded on the guess. Nothing is revealed until both of you have locked your choice, so nobody can peek and nobody can cheat. PLAY EVEN WHEN YOU'RE APART Rounds wait for whoever is awake. Different cities, different time zones, opposite shifts — you both play when you can, and the reveal is waiting when you're both done. No "you have to be in the same room" rule. ONE TELLS THE TRUTH. ONE GETS GRADED. Every round has a truth-teller and a guesser, and the roles alternate automatically. You are scored 0–10 on how well you read your partner, with a short insight about the gap. Your partner's real answer is only ever shown to the two of you. A KNOWLEDGE PROFILE THAT GROWS Your home screen is a living map of how well you read each other: per-category mastery across favorites, little rituals, dreams and values, built only from rounds you have genuinely played. A new install shows an honest empty state — never a made-up score. START SOLO, IN UNDER A MINUTE Answer three questions about yourself and lock in what you bet your partner will say. Your invite carries those bets with it, so the moment they answer, that first round is already scored. Pairing is the unlock, not the gate. WRITE YOUR OWN QUESTIONS Twosome Pro lets you write questions only the two of you could answer — multiple choice, a 1–10 scale, or free text — and they go straight into your rotation. Anything either of you writes can be deleted or reported at any time. AN OPT-IN INTIMACY RUNG At the deep end of the ladder there is an Intimacy category: the same graded "how well do you know what I want" quiz, never dares and never scripts. It stays off unless BOTH of you turn it on, either of you can turn it off instantly, every question is skippable, and what either of you actually wants is never scored, never shared, never judged. SHARE THE SCORE, NEVER THE ANSWERS The share card carries your sync score and nothing else. No answers, no private text, ever. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Couple-only. No public feed, no strangers, no matching with anyone, no ads. You can unpair, block, or permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings. FREE AND PRO A brand-new round every day is free, forever, along with pairing, the first scored reveal and the basic share card. Twosome Pro removes the daily cap and unlocks every themed pack, your own custom questions, and the full Knowledge Profile breakdown. Pro covers you and your currently paired partner; if you unpair, Pro stays with the account that bought it. A subscription automatically renews through your Apple account until you cancel it in Settings. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and never renews. What’s New

Version 1.2 Aug 6, 2026

Version 1.2 fixes something we got badly wrong. The paywall said "7-day free trial" in three places: on the button, on the yearly plan, and in the fine print underneath it. There is no free trial. App Store Connect has no introductory offer on either subscription, so tapping "Start free trial" charged the full yearly price on the spot. If that happened to you, you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and megan@twohearth.com will help if you get stuck. All three claims are gone. What the paywall says about an offer is now read from the App Store when the screen opens, and it checks whether you personally are still eligible for one, so it can only ever describe what Apple is actually about to charge. Two other things were quietly broken. The $39.99 Lifetime unlock often never appeared. If the App Store answered our first request with only part of the catalogue, the app kept that partial answer for the rest of the session and the Lifetime card simply never drew. It retries now, and shows the plans it does have while it waits. If your purchase went through Ask to Buy, or the App Store could not verify it, the app said nothing at all - the buy button just came back, as though you had never tapped it. Both now tell you where you stand, and an approved Ask to Buy unlocks Pro on its own. Smaller: the "Tiny Rituals" pack had no questions behind it, so it is gone until it has some. While the paywall is waiting on the App Store it now says so, and offers a way to ask again, instead of spinning in silence.
