Network Interface Monitor is a lightweight macOS utility for watching live network activity from the menu bar. The menu bar display shows current download and upload speeds with compact live graphs. Open the main window for a clearer view of totals and per-adapter activity, including friendly labels for Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN tunnels, AirDrop/Continuity interfaces, and bridges.
