About this app
Chasen is the quiet companion for everyone who takes matcha seriously - a tasting diary, a brewing assistant, and a daily ritual, in one calm app. REMEMBER EVERY CUP Keep a beautiful diary of every matcha you try: brand, grade, origin, preparation, flavour notes, a photo and your rating. Stop losing track in spreadsheets and Notion templates - Chasen is built for exactly this. BREW IT RIGHT A ratio calculator gives you the exact powder, water and milk for usucha, koicha, latte or iced - plus the right water temperature, so it never turns bitter or clumpy again. A RITUAL, NOT A UTILITY The zen whisk timer turns brewing into a small moment of calm: a breathing rhythm, a gentle foam animation and haptics guide your whisk strokes. Build a streak of days with a cup. LEARN THE BASICS A beginner's guide covers ceremonial vs culinary, real vs fake, how to sift, and how to fix bitterness. PREMIUM Unlimited diary entries, iCloud sync, taste insights, the full brand database, a cafe map in key cities, calming themes and CSV export. Quiet premium design. No clutter, no noise - just you and your matcha. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
