One tap reprices every route through an airport, and you can hold the fares you would rather set yourself. Your airline has a memory now. Reputation takes weeks to mend instead of days, aircraft wear out by flying, and a fleet you never overhaul will eventually cost you an incident — with a journalist asking for a word.
