A live timer counts down while you fast, a stage timeline shows what your body is doing as the hours pass, and you can see your last few days at a glance. NOFAP - Track your streak day by day. Check in each day to keep it going. If you slip, log it honestly and start over. No shame, just an honest record and your personal best. WORKOUTS - Log a workout and get an automatic calorie burn estimate. Steps count too, and can add to your daily calorie budget if you choose to do so. NUTRITION - Take a photo of your meal and get a calorie and macro estimate. Or scan a nutrition label, scan a barcode, or just describe what you ate in a sentence. Every meal breaks down into ingredients you can edit by hand. STAY ACCOUNTABLE - Start a chat and bring your friends along the ride. Share your progress daily to keep each other serious. CHALLENGES - Run a challenge in any chat. Pick which days count: hit your calorie target, log a workout, finish a fast, stay clean. Set how long it runs, add a stake if you want one, and watch the leaderboard while everyone earns points for showing up.
