Your Brain Battery At the heart of the app is your Brain Battery — a simple 0–100 score that reflects how energised or fatigued you feel mentally. It updates continuously while your earbuds are connected, giving you an easy-to-read sense of where you are and how you're trending over time. Daily check-ins A quick morning check-in — sleep quality, clarity, tension, energy — helps the app reflect your actual day, not just a number. Over time, patterns emerge that help you better understand what drains you and what helps you recover. Guided sessions - Focus Sessions — timed work periods to help you stay intentional and track how your energy holds up - Relaxation Sessions — guided wind-down moments with audio to help you actively recharge Calendar-aware Connect your calendar and the app factors in your schedule — helping you spot when your energy tends to dip around busy periods and when you have space to recover. Weekly insights The Insights tab shows your Brain Battery trends day by day, so you can start to notice your own rhythms and make more informed choices about how you spend your energy.
