About this app
REDCap Go brings your data collection into the field. Fill out forms without an internet connection, then sync your data back to the server whenever a connection is available. OFFLINE-FIRST All forms are fully available offline. Enter data anywhere — in the field, in low-connectivity areas, or wherever your work takes you. Completed records are saved locally and automatically queued for upload when you reconnect. OFFLINE FORM TEMPLATES (NO SERVER REQUIRED) Build and fill out standalone offline forms using the open ODK/XML format — no REDCap project or server connection needed. Great for independent surveys, pilot data collection, or fieldwork that doesn't require a live project. MULTI-DEVICE SYNC Multiple team members can collect data simultaneously on separate devices. All entries sync to the same project without conflicts or duplicate records. MULTI-PROJECT ACCESS Connect to multiple REDCap projects from a single app. Switch between projects instantly without re-entering credentials. ACTIVITY LOG Every form submission, sync event, and login is recorded locally, giving you a complete audit trail at all times. SECURE BY DESIGN When connected to a REDCap project, all data is transmitted directly to your organization's REDCap server using your existing credentials. No data is routed through or stored on third-party servers. REDCap Go works with any REDCap server (version 6.5.0 or higher) for organizations that have a REDCap project, and also supports fully offline ODK/XML form templates that don't require any server at all.
