Glad - Accountability Partner

About this app

Most habit trackers quit on you after two weeks. Glad doesn't. Glad isn't a habit tracker — he's your accountability partner. You pick his personality, he holds you to your goals, and he refuses to let you off the hook. WHY HABIT TRACKERS FAIL YOU - Too many features. You spend more time logging the habit than doing it. - Too much friction. Fifty taps to check a box. - A streak that shatters the first hard day — so you feel like a failure and quit. Building real discipline was never about a prettier checklist. It comes from a system and a partner pushing you to stay consistent. That's Glad. MEET YOUR PARTNER Pick from 8 coach personalities and Glad talks to you in that voice everywhere — from a gentle cheerleader to blunt, sassy, or brutally honest. Choose the energy that actually gets YOU moving. HOW IT WORKS - Set your goals and the missions that build them. - When it's time, Glad reaches out in his voice. Ignore him? He comes back — sharper — until you start. - Swipe to start, he times it live, swipe to finish. Right from your Lock Screen. No app to open, nothing to log. NO STREAKS. ON PURPOSE. One missed day should not erase your progress. Instead of a fragile streak, Glad gives you one weekly Discipline Score — measured against LAST week's you, not some impossible ideal. An off day can still be a winning week. YOUR WEEKLY WRAP-UP Every week, Glad breaks down what you crushed and what to work on next — the goal you fed and the one you starved — so you always know your next move. ASK HIM ANYTHING Talk to Glad any time. He knows your whole record — your time per goal, your streak, your score — so "what should I work on?" gets a real answer, not generic advice. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE - Start & finish from your Lock Screen — zero friction. - Reschedule with a drag when plans change. - See your strongest days and times, and lean into them. - Missions, goals, and reminders that bend to your day. WHO GLAD IS FOR Anyone who's downloaded a habit app, felt motivated for two weeks, and quit. Students, gym-goers, the self-improvement crowd, and every serial "I'll start Monday" restarter who's ready to actually stick with it. Stop tracking your life. Start living it — with a partner who won't let you quit. — — — Glad is free to try for 7 days. A subscription unlocks every personality and feature. - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. - Your subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
