The new Energy Balance chart on Progress tracks the same picture across 7 days, 30 days, and 6 months. REPEAT A MEAL Most of us don't eat three new meals a day. Tap the plus button, choose Repeat a Meal, and pick anything you logged in the last few days. Adjust the portion if it was bigger this time, and it logs instantly. No new photo, no waiting on analysis. Nouki still writes you a fresh roast, so the same lunch twice gets two different lines. FASTER, SHARPER Meal results land noticeably quicker.
