About this app
Impulse helps you pause at the exact moment an eating or scrolling impulse begins. It is not a habit tracker, productivity app, or screen time blocker. It is a simple real-time interruption system: Trigger an impulse Take a 30-second pause Choose a reset, delay, or continue Keep a private local record Use Impulse for moments like late-night snacking, emotional eating, endless scrolling, sleep-time phone use, gaming impulses, shopping impulses, or any custom impulse you want to interrupt. Your data stays local on your device, with optional iCloud continuity when available. There is no account and no backend required. Free users can use up to 3 interventions per day. Impulse Pro unlocks unlimited interventions and expanded insights for English and international users. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in App Store subscription settings.
