About this app

Logging your sets shouldn't need an account, a cloud, or a subscription. Here it doesn't. gymLog is a training tracker for people who already have their plan and just want to write it down. Fast, like a notepad. Everything stays local on your iPhone. No sign-up, no ads, no monthly bill. You log what you moved. gymLog shows you whether it's going forward. What it does: All your plans in one place. Push Pull Legs and a bro split side by side, every day with its status at a glance: today, next up, or the weekday. Switch in two seconds without deleting anything. Progress that makes sense. Your session is compared to the last one of the same type. Leg day against leg day, not against cardio. You see right away whether you're getting stronger or standing still. Body data in one place. Weight, body fat, measurements, caliper readings. With trend curves and a target weight, including a pace estimate for when you'll get there. A calorie recommendation based on your actual trend. 7-day average instead of daily noise. Bodyweight as load. Pull-ups and dips with optional added weight, tracked properly. Notes per exercise. Seat height, grip, whatever you never remember. Light and dark. English and German. Kg or lb. CSV backup, exportable any time. Your data is yours, even if you leave. Why it's free: Because tracking your progress doesn't need a business model. No freemium, no paywall after the third plan, no hidden costs. If it works for you, pass it on. That's enough.
