Forged is a gym app with a temper. You pick a warrior archetype, follow a training programme, and the app scores the work you actually do. Training Preset programmes like Path of the Viking run day by day. Each session gives you the exercises, sets and rest timers, and you log weight and reps with big buttons built for shaky post-set hands. Skip a day and the programme waits for you. Nutrition Meal plans are written to match the training. Log meals with one tap, then turn a week of ingredients into dated shopping runs you can tick off at the supermarket. The Arena Every workout feeds your warrior card: strength, speed, endurance, power, agility and discipline. Climb the leaderboard, join a tribe, or take a quick battle when you only have twenty minutes. The Oracle An AI coach that knows your plan. Ask it to build a programme, critique your form from a video clip, or suggest a meal from what's in your fridge. Oracle calls use credits. A Forge Plus subscription includes a monthly allowance plus recovery insights. Recovery Wear your watch overnight and Forged reads Apple Health to tell you when to push and when to back off. Your data stays yours. Export it or delete your account from settings whenever you want. Forge Plus subscription Forge Plus is an auto-renewing subscription at £9.99 per month. It includes a monthly AI credit allowance for the Oracle, the full model lineup, and recovery insights. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
