Browse a library of Mediterranean, keto, vegan, high-protein and more - every recipe shows honest per-serving nutrition including net carbs, with step-by-step instructions you can check off as you cook. Rate what you make, log a serving in one tap, or build your own recipes from any foods you track. Optional net carbs: see carbs minus fiber when you turn it on in Settings. Foods without fiber data show as unavailable instead of guessing. Fiber and sugar now come through search, barcode, and meal scans.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
