WellLog: Heart & Glucose is a local-first wellness journal for tracking everyday health trends. Use it to estimate heart rate trends with your iPhone camera, log blood glucose values from your meter or lab result, record wellness check-ins, follow body metrics, set local reminders, and export personal reports when you choose. Key features: Camera heart rate trend Place your fingertip over the rear camera and flash to estimate heart rate trends using contact PPG signal analysis. Results include bpm, signal quality, confidence, time, and source. Manual glucose log Record blood glucose values from your glucose meter, CGM, lab result, or Apple Health. WellLog does not measure glucose by camera. Wellness check-ins Log mood, sleep, stress, and daily notes to understand your personal patterns over time. Body profile and BMI reference Save height, weight, waist, and preferred glucose unit. BMI is calculated locally for lifestyle trend reference only. Apple Health import With your permission, WellLog can read selected Apple Health data such as heart rate, blood glucose, body mass, height, and step count, then import them into your local records. Local-first privacy Your health logs stay on your device unless you choose to export a report or share a file. The app does not require an account, does not sell health data, and does not use health data for advertising.
