WHAT'S INSIDE • A daily page for whatever today feels like: mood check-ins, free writing, and a gentle prompt that evolves with you • No-contact support for breakup recovery, with a day counter and private reflections • An AI companion that listens first: comfort and validation, never a lecture, never rushed • My Story: a mood chart, milestone moments on days 7, 14, 30, 60, and 100, and a weekly reflection every Monday • A searchable archive of everything you've written, and a full PDF export whenever you want your own copy PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No sign-in. No cloud sync. Your journal entries, mood logs, and onboarding answers are stored on your device by default. When you use Chat, daily prompts, weekly reflections, or Arc, the relevant text is sent securely to generate the AI response and is not stored in a persistent database by After. After isn't a therapy app and doesn't diagnose or treat anything; it's a quiet place to put things down. Whatever you're going through, your local journal remains yours to keep.
