About this app
A Safari extension that brings evipedia.ai evidence-review highlighting to any web page you browse. Annoyed of manually decoding a supplement label with numerous compounds, reading a blog post about some therapy, or an X-post that name-drops a peptide — and having to look up every item manually? Don't look any further. The Evipedia extension has you sorted. It scans whatever page you're on, recognizes any intervention Evipedia covers, and underlines it right there in the text. Hover for an instant evidence summary, or click through to the full review — no more switching tabs to look things up by hand. Currently recognizes 3,700+ terms across 500+ evidence reviews. How it works - Highlights any term matching a known Evipedia review (canonical or alternate name). - Hover a highlight for a card with the review summary; click to open the full review on evipedia.ai. - Highlights are drawn as an overlay — the page's DOM is never modified. Popup controls (from the toolbar / extension button) - Toggle highlighting globally on/off. - Highlight only the first occurrence of each term, instead of every occurrence. - Exclude (or re-include) the current site. Privacy-first Everything runs locally on your device. The text of the pages you visit is read only in the browser to find matches — it is never transmitted. No page content, URLs, browsing history, or personal data is ever sent to Evipedia or anyone else. The only network request is a one-time download of the public review index from evipedia.ai, which carries no user data. Requires Safari 17.2+ (uses the CSS Custom Highlight API).
