Build the complete call sheet from the contacts you already have. Select crew, cast, and key contacts, build the shoot day around them, and send each person a private link and current PDF. BUILD THE SHOOT DAY • Create and edit unlimited local drafts offline • Add selected people from Apple Contacts, or bring in a whole Apple Contacts list • Import a vCard or CSV exported from Google Contacts, Outlook, or a spreadsheet • Confirm CSV columns and review every person, including new, merged, and repeated entries, before anything is saved • Set a department, position, or list for everyone in one pass • Export your crew directory as vCard or CSV • Add people manually when they are not in Contacts • Assign roles, departments, personal calls, or relative calls • Drag Run of Day items into place, move them up or down, sort by time, or resequence the times • Shift the entire shoot day at once • Add schedule, locations, company moves, parking, weather, safety, hospitals, meals, vehicles, equipment, and notes Local drafting works without an account or network connection. The producer reviews the affected recipients, publishes the revision, and sees who confirmed the current information. Everyone else keeps their valid status. Crew and cast use private web links, so they do not need the app or an account. Every crew and cast member's phone and email now print on the call sheet. They appear on the preview screen before you send, on the sheet your crew opens, and in the PDF. Nobody has to text you asking how to reach the gaffer. Keep a copy of every call sheet you publish. Choose a folder once in Settings, in Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, or anywhere else in Files, and each sheet you publish is saved there as a PDF named with its date and revision. The shoot-day forecast is on the call sheet itself. It refreshes when it goes stale, reminds you as the shoot day gets close, and never overwrites weather you typed yourself. Building call sheets stays free: the editor, the crew directory, Sun Path, and the full preview, with no account needed. Exporting the finished PDF, sharing it, and sending are now part of CallSheet Pro. Eligible new subscribers get one week free. One subscription now covers the app and the browser. Subscribe on your iPhone and the same access is there when you finish a sheet at a desk. When something goes wrong, the app says what actually happened. Failed sends, expired links, and files that will not import each explain themselves and what to do next, instead of showing one generic apology.
