Hurma teaches you how to read the Qur'an from zero. Even if you don't know a single Arabic letter, you start from the alphabet and progress step by step all the way to reading surahs. SHORT LESSONS, REAL PROGRESS Each lesson takes just a few minutes. You start by recognizing letters; then come the vowel marks, elongations, and connected forms. Everything you learn is reinforced with gamified exercises. CORRECT PRONUNCIATION Letter and vowel recordings come from the publicly available alphabet materials of Türkiye's Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet); surah and verse recitation is by Mishary Alafasy (Quran Foundation). You learn the correct articulation by ear. TAJWEED LESSONS Tajweed topics such as the pronoun rule, stopping (waqf), ikhfa, qalqalah, madd, and the letter ra are taught in dedicated chapters. Each rule is shown with an example first, then reinforced with practice. SURAHS Learn Al-Ikhlas, Al-Fatiha, and other short surahs word by word, together with their meanings. While listening to a verse, the word being recited is highlighted. DAILY STREAK Grow your streak by completing a short lesson every day. Miss a day and streak protection kicks in. You can set a daily reminder. GAMES Mini games like Letter Matching and Letter Balloons train you to recognize the letters you've learned at speed. CIRCLE Start a small reading circle with loved ones and watch your weekly progress together. Invite from your contacts - they never leave your device. WIDGETS & PRAYER TIMES Verse of the day, your streak and prayer times on your Home and Lock Screen. A countdown appears on the Lock Screen 15 minutes before each prayer.
