About this app

Vedorpro is an offline accounts receivable tool for sales representatives who manage client balances from the phone they carry every day. It is built for salespeople who need a private, practical list of who owes money, what is overdue, and when clients were last billed or reminded. It also helps business managers keep a separate local database or backup of reviewable client receivable lists without depending on a laptop spreadsheet. What you can manage: - Clients, contact details, notes, profile photos, and saved visit locations - Receivables with invoice numbers, issue dates, due dates, payment terms, and bill-sent status - Payments by client or receivable - Open, paid, and overdue accounts - Dashboard totals for total owed, clients with debt, open receivables, and overdue receivables - Primary currency plus an optional secondary currency estimate Exports and sharing: - Generate clean PDF account summaries and client statements - Export an Excel-compatible CSV list of accounts - Create JSON backups of app data and import them when needed - Share files through your phone's normal share sheet, including email and installed messaging apps Privacy-first workflow: Vedorpro does not collect or sync your client database. Your client records, balances, notes, photos, saved locations, and backups stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Vedorpro was made by a salesman for salespeople. It focuses on the daily field workflow: know who owes money, follow up professionally, and keep your own receivables records organized. Vedorpro is not an accounting, tax, or legal service. Always review records before using them for official business decisions
