Séance is a spirit box for ghost hunting nights — and an honest one. It sweeps the AM or FM band at seven speeds from 50 to 350 ms, forward or reverse, over a bed of radio static, and speaks words through echo and reverb the way classic sweep radios do. Everything is generated on your phone, for entertainment — Séance never pretends to measure the beyond. No fake sensors, no fake readings. What makes it different is what happens around the box. Every session becomes a séance in your journal: a live transcript with timestamps, starred words when something lands, and your own notes about the room, the night, the feeling. Ask a question, wait in the quiet, and when a word comes through the static, mark it. Read the whole night back later, or copy the transcript out to share with your group. In Estes Method mode, one person wears headphones as the receiver while the operator asks questions aloud and logs the answers with proper twenty to thirty second pauses — the two-person technique made famous at the Stanley Hotel.
