LogSheet is a simple, Swiss-made timesheet app for small and mid-size companies. It replaces scattered Excel files and email holiday requests with one clean tool for logging your work hours. LogSheet is a workplace app. Your employer or company admin sets up your company account and invites you — you sign in and start logging your hours. Employees pay nothing. This app is for employees. It gives you the day-to-day tools to track your time and request leave. Management tasks (approvals, reporting, exports and invoicing) are handled by your employer on the web at logsheet.ch — they are not part of this app. IN THE APP (for employees) • Daily time tracking — a simple monthly grid with automatic lunch break and actual-vs-target hours. • Clock in / clock out — punch your start and end times, on the job or on a project. • Overtime & undertime — balances build up automatically against your target hours and part-time percentage. • Holiday & absence requests — submit leave (including half-days) in one click and follow its status. • Team absence calendar — view a yearly overview of your team's absences. • Client & project time — log time on clients and projects with the built-in timer and contacts. • Cantonal public holidays — the correct holidays for your canton are applied automatically. MANAGED BY YOUR EMPLOYER ON THE WEB • Approvals — managers approve or reject holiday and absence requests. • HR & accounting dashboard — per-employee KPIs, monthly trends, utilisation and revenue. • Excel export & signature-ready archives — monthly exports and auditable frozen archives. • Swiss QR-invoicing — QR-bills generated for clients.
